Bittersweet news - the Redbeard Ladies' Night Flights are over for 2014. We'll resume in the spring - with some re-imagining! Thank you to all the wonderful ladies who rode with me this season.
Our Sunday morning shop ride to River Road continues throughout the winter! We leave the shop at 7:30 AM every Sunday. This is a no-drop ride, open to all. (We may have to re-route, or cancel some weeks, due to snow/ice or other extreme weather - but hopefully, we'll get nice miles throughout the season.)
We are also organizing a Prospect Park winter training group. This is great for those of you who want to stay in top form throughout the winter, but need some motivation to get out there. Perfect for those without a club or team affiliation! The ride will be a weekday morning. Ilya will offer tips on fit and form to participants. We do request that you RSVP for this ride.
